Pokémon Go Seviper Raid: Best Moveset, Counters, and Tips

Guide for the best counters against Seviper during Battle Raids!

Seviper is a Tier 3 Raid Boss in Pokémon Go. It looks very much like a snake and is blackish-green in color. It has golden plates on its body along with elongated red fangs with a face having two shades of purple on it. As long as you use the right counters, you won’t face much of a problem against this Pokémon. So in this Pokémon Go guide, we are going to talk about the best counters which I think will help you easily achieve your victory against Seviper.

Seviper in Pokémon Go

Seviper is a pure Poison-type Pokémon. It has a maximum CP of 2380 at level 50 and is vulnerable to Ground and Psychic Pokémon. You can go solo against it if you have your counters at high levels of the same type. But if you don’t have such powerful counters, you can make up for it by taking two to three more of your friends into this battle along with yourself.

The best moves from the moveset of Seviper are Poison Jab and Crunch. Both of them have a combined DPS of 51.6 and it is also the best combination of moves that can be used in both Pokémon Gyms and PvP battles. Other decent attacks that I’ve found to be useful from the movepool of Seviper include Iron Tail, Poison Fang, and Wrap.

If you have the option of including Shadow versions of your Pokémon, you should go right ahead and do it as it will make the fight a cakewalk for you and you can even fight all by yourself if you want to and win easily.
