PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) North America Fall 2023 closed its journey for this season with crowning N Hyper Esports as the champion. With a total of 198 points, the champion team was ahead of 17 points from the runner-up Xtreme Slayers. Besides, the champion team also qualified for the upcoming global event of PUBG Mobile Esports, the PMGC 2023.
Before the grand finals, the event started on the 22nd of August. A total of 20 teams fought through weekly leagues and then were promoted to the grand finals. The top 5 teams from the event have got themselves a direct ticket to the regional championship, the PMPL Americas Championship Fall 2023.
PMPL North America Fall 2023: How it went for the champion team
The champion team dominated the event thoroughly. The initial day started with the champion being in the top but the team could not manage to win a single match. With the help of bonus points from the league stage, the champion team was 12 points ahead. The following team, Xtreme Slayers, showed decent gameplay. Mezexis eSports NA took two chicken dinners but the rest of their matches went bad and the team finished at the 4th position.
The battle between the top two teams was amazing to watch and enjoyable at the same time. Both teams went all out to perform their best. Xtreme Slayers were incredibly good on this day and finished with being in the top, followed by the champion. While the others were looking to find their rhythm, these two went head to head. However, N Hyper Esports could not win the day and remained in the second position.
At the beginning of the final day, things took a massive turn and so did the champion team. The team showcased their best play and was in full form. Though the team could not win a single match, consistency on the third day helped them become the champion of PMPL North America Fall 2023.
N Hyper Esports took the lion’s share of the Prize Pool home
The event featured a massive amount of $100,000 as the prize pool. Being the champion, N Hyper Esports grabbed the biggest share. The allocation for each team is as follows.
