Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Cambodia (KH) Season 1 has come to an end today. SeeYouSoon has been crowned as the champions of the Mobile Legends MPL Cambodia (KH) Season 1, the country’s first-ever official tournament. MPL-KH Season 1 had started on the 28th of August, 2021 and ran till the 3rd of October, 2021. The tournament had been announced in July.
With the Mobile Legends M3 World Championship coming in December, Moonton is looking to wrap up the regional tournaments. Besides, the company keeps expanding the title’s esports scene as they have now announced the MPL MENA recently, to reward players during their 5th Anniversary event.
Mobile Legends MPL Cambodia (KH) Season 1: As it happened
The top eight teams from the open qualifier round moved to the regular season. After four weeks of continuous battle among the teams, the top six have made their way to the playoffs. Two of the best teams, namely, SeeYouSoon and Diversity Gaming (DG) Quantum had faced each other at the grand finals. Making the scoreline 3-2, SeeYouSoon emerged victoriously. The event featured a total prize pool of $40,000 and the champion team pocketed a lion’s share of the money. SeeYouSoon pockets a sum of $15,000.

MPL-KH winners will represent Cambodia in M3 World Championship
Being the champions of the event, SeeYouSoon will represent their country in the next global event, Mobile Legends M3 World Championship. This is scheduled to be held in the month of December 2021. Cambodia’s champion will face the other regional participants there. As teams from Indonesia and the Philippines are considered as the strongest contenders, it will be interesting to watch SeeYouSoon’s performance against them.
