An RPG from Rovio Entertainment based on the Angry Birds IP titled Angry Birds Kingdom gets a soft launch in the Philippines. In the game, Angry Birds must battle their long-time foe Enemy Pigs to save the eggs, and thus save birdkind’s future.

Angry Birds Kingdom is a fresh take on the Angry Birds franchise, with the latter not able to maintain the prowess it had in the initial days of its popularity. The game is build on the same storyline of the piggies being a threat to the birdland, and they have to cleanse the dirt out.
Gameplay wise it is something new for the makers, which seems fresh from the players’ side. They take on daring adventures in the game, with a plenty of action surrounding them. Drag and drop them to fight the enemy pigs in quick wave battles and make them perform special attacks, while expanding the bird kingdom smoothly.
The game has the original characters from Angry Birds IP, with the fan-favorite Red included with other popular names like Chuck, Bomb, etc.
The game’s release is limited to Android and the Philippines
Well, even though most of the fans find the game interesting, they will not be able to play it worldwide as the game is currently only available to players in the Philippines, and for Android devices only. Players from the area can download the game from the Google Play Store.
iOS launch is still not announced yet, as well as the global release. There is currently no information available. We’ll update this space once we find any further info about the same.
