• Surprise Attacks: Use Lily’s Super to surprise enemies by suddenly teleporting next to them. This can catch them off guard and give you the upper hand in battles.

Vanish

Lily’s first gadget is “Vanish“. When activated, it immediately transports Lily to the shadow realm for 3 seconds, similar to Cordelius’s Super, but she can’t take anyone with her. What’s unique about this gadget is that if Cordelius brings someone into the shadow realm, Lily can also use her gadget to teleport there and join the battle.

Repot

Lily’s second gadget is called “Repot“. When activated, it transforms her next Super into a throwable projectile that can traverse over walls. Additionally, Lily will teleport to wherever the fruit lands and it doesn’t even require hitting an enemy to work, unlike her regular Super.

Spikey

Lily’s first star power is “Spikey“. With this star power, the next attack Lily fires after using her Super to teleport will receive a hefty boost of 1200 damage. Although Lily’s attack can pierce through multiple brawlers, the additional damage will only apply to the first target she hits.

Vigilance

Lily’s second star power, “Vigilance“, boosts her movement speed by 15% as long as there’s an enemy within her Supercharge radius. This enhancement can stack with speed gear and other effects, but it won’t stack with multiple enemies.

• Damage Gear: Lily can benefit from extra damage when her health is below 50%, allowing her to become more threatening when she’s in a tight spot. This can help her secure eliminations or turn the tide of battles.

New Brawler: Lily

A new mythic assassin and a part of Cordelius crew. Lily got her power after chasing a firefly in the enchanted woods after getting caught by a magic flower. She’s now a part human, part firefly, and part plant. But mostly, she’s powerful. She has a one-ammo close-range attack and charges her super when she’s near enemies.

Her super is called Flourish where Lily fires a plant-based projectile that damages the enemies. At the same time, she teleports behind the enemy and hits. She’s a powerful backstabber.

The new brawler Lily has a skin named “Strawberry Lily”

New Brawler: Draco

A new legendary brawler. A metalhead belongs to the new star perks area called “Mad Evil Manner”. He’s a master storyteller and a close-range expert. His weapon, a guitar, deals the most damage if he can hit with the tip of it. Getting damaged will charge his super which fires a mighty flame from his ride, a dragon. When using super, Draco will have increased speed and damage reduction as well as a new area of effect attack blasting out fire in front of him.

Draco has his “Dark Knight Draco” skin.

Brawl Stars April 2024 Brawl Talk: New Hypercharges, new skins and more

New Hypercharges

There will be six new Hypercharges in the game:

• Brock will fire a rocket barrage raining down four waves of rockets.
• Sandy can get herself and the teammates extra movement speed.
• Nita’s hypercharge will come with extra speed and health.
• Max will provide energy drinks for the teammates that will allow an increased speed and movement. It will also charge their super.
• Tick will lay 6 mini-mines for the enemies. Lastly,
• Gene will split into three where each can grab an enemy.

The Monster event is going to provide a lot of skins for Brawlers. Here are what players are going to get.

• Super Ranger Brock Red: He’ll have four colors which are Pink, Red, Black, and Blue.
• Hypercharge Godzilla Buzz: It comes with a custom Brawler model, effects, animations, voice, texture, and takedown. Brawlers will transform into this skin when they’re in their hypercharge state. The skins can be collected by playing the event.

• Parasol Frank: Perfect for a sunny day!
• Frost Queen Amber: She can be obtained as a complete skin package that is priced at 299 gems.

New Game Mode: City Smash

This game mode is a part of the upcoming event where players have to destroy the enemy city. Upon destroying, they’ll get Monster Eggs as rewards. In this mode, players can transform them into Godzilla and Mecha Godzilla.

More interestingly, they can become an epic Kaizu sometime! The team that destroys more cities will become the winner. Upto 6 Eggs will be rewarded after completing a game in City Smash. Losing will also get an award that is a rare Star Drop. Monster Eggs will also become available in daily rewards.

Godzilla Egg Breakers Club Event

To join the event, the player must be in any club. Club members will see a giant egg. With each monster egg a club player breaks will fill the giant egg and after completing the whole of it, a new skin will be rewarded to all the members of that club. If any club is close to completing the giant egg but falls short of eggs, they can buy from the store. 

5v5 Knockout

The less brawler in a team, the more powerful they will become!

Brawl Stars x Godzilla Event

Brawl Stars has teamed up with Godzilla to bring up monster events in the game. The event is full of rewards with a new unlocking system. Featuring monster eggs, players will need to smash them to unlock their hidden rewards including coins, power points, credits, bling, brand-new skins, and mutations. The event will run from the 29th of April to the 20th of May.

New Rank Modifier

Second Wing: Brawlers will respawn in their defeated place rather than respawning in their home.

Brawl Stars April 2024 Brawl Talk: Brawler Mutations

Monster Eggs contain powerful mutations. For example, Grom’s mutation is named “Grom Bomb” which fires 4 additional projectiles in an X-shape and he will have an increased Super Charge. This can affect supers like BO will have unlimited mines, and Pam will have unlimited ammo. A total of 40 Brawlers will have different mutations.

Mutation will be available in all game modes and a mutation modifier will pop up in each mode so players can choose not to play with mutations if they do not want to. This Mutation system will only be active during the Monster Godzilla event.

Brawl Stars Events and How Do They Work

I wonder if we got to know what might be in the game in the coming days. No wonder the game keeps us updated all the time. The new ranked season already started on the 4th of March 2024 with Brawl Pass started on the 7th. One of the recent events that concludes is the Brawl Like A Girl event.

• Melodie: There is no confirmation on the release date but chances are high that the appearance will be in the last week of March 2024.
• The second Brawl Pass will come in the first week of April.
• Skadi Jessie: The upcoming skin for Jessie will be available from the 5th April to the 7th.
• Norse Mythology gods Thor and Odin will be featured via Bibi and Cordelius. Both will be available from the 11th of April to the 14th.
• Mecha Skins: The mecha-themed skins will come into the game on the 17th of April. Will remain available till the 20th.

3v3 Brawl Star events

• Gem Grab: This event is about collecting ten gems. Both parties will try to complete the goal before their opponent does. There are a few brawlers that are the best for Gem Grab mode.
• Brawl Ball: In the Brawl Ball mode, the first party to score two goals wins!
• Bounty: As the name says, the first to get the highest bounty will win.
• Siege: The goal is simple, defend your turrets and try to destroy the one your enemy owns at the same time.
• Heist: In this Heist mode, both teams will try to fight and destroy the enemy team’s safe.
• Hot Zone: There are a few hot zones on the map, capture them first before the enemy does.
• Knockout: Though the name is Knockout, you will need to defeat the enemies without getting knocked out!

• Big Game: After you reach 800 trophies down the Trophy Road, this special event unlocks where 5 brawlers fight to defeat a boss controlled by a player.
• Robo Rumble: This is a PvE Ticket event unlocked after collecting 300 trophies. Three brawlers will try to survive the waves of robots that are trying to destroy the safe place in the middle of the maze.
• Boss Fight: The name is what the mode is. Similar to the Robo Rumble, this mode also unlocks after getting 300 trophies. This is where a boss comes up and he’s one hell of a kind that you’ll face many difficulties to take him down.

Other events

• Showdown: This Showdown is a proper Mexican standoff but with 10 players. Well, this is more like a battle royale than a standoff. 10 players without any teams, all are solo and the task is to stay alive as the last one standing.
• Duo Showdown: The same as the Showdown mode but this time with one player to give company. The last duo to standing.
• Duels: A very exciting event where you face another in Duels. So, a proper 1v1 stance. Three brawlers to choose and after defeating one, another will come against.

Brawl Stars Esports events in 2024

As the game is running regular and themed events, let’s take a look at what esports has got for us in 2024. This year, the game has decided to reshape the esports section and follow a new format for the ultimate showdown, the Brawl Stars World Finals 2024.

Along the way, all the teams from each corner of the world have to go through the Monthly qualifiers, then, the Last Chance Qualifiers, and the World Finals. Thus, the Brawl Stars World Championship 2024 has already begun.

The monthly qualifiers will held in these regions, from March to July 2024. The qualification for the Chinese Mainland has not been revealed yet.

• North America
• South America
• Asia-Pacific
• EMEA
• Chinese Mainland

After these qualifiers, there will be two more events i.e. the Last Chance Qualifier, and the Bonus Season. The time and date will be announced later. The World Finals will take place between November- December 2024.

Brawl Stars’ user metrics get a significant leap, paralleling the massive growth in revenue

In the recently held Game Developers Conference, the annual conference for video game developers, Brawl Stars’ General Manager Frank Keienburg and Senior Game Designer Frank Yan discussed the Brawl team’s ongoing efforts to enhance the game’s health over recent years. Alongside, they also shared some insights on the game’s performance, which seems to have seen healthy growth.

In the revenue chart, we had revenue shown from 2022 to 2024, and the peak was seen in February 2024. Compared to the earnings in June 2023, Brawl Stars has climbed up a whopping 8.8 times more in February 2024, showcasing some impressive revenue growth.

Coming to users, Brawl Stars also saw a healthy rise in audience. The Daily Active Users (DAU) metric under the same period saw a 3.9-time increase, and from the 2024 chart, it is on a great push. Correspondingly, the Monthly Active Users (MAU) metric also saw a notable rise, with a 2.4-fold increase, reflecting the game’s growing popularity and appeal among players.

Brawl Stars with its events keeps the interest ongoing

I am not surprised by these numbers, given how Brawl Stars are actively participating with the community and keeping them engaged. They have been dishing out free rewards and fun campaigns such as the #100StarrDrops Community Event for fun. The $2 billion mark was also surpassed recently, so that explains Brawl Stars’ performance.

The growth of Brawl Stars was also indicated in the recent blog penned by CEO Ilkka Paananen. Thanks to enhancements in content and features, Brawl Stars has solidified its position as Supercell’s largest game, as confirmed by its impressive player count, and if they continue with this, I see no case of them not ending 2024 on a high.

Well, starting things off, this is named the biggest Community Event that is hitting the game by the developers themselves, and guess what it actually might be true. This event is pretty simple. Instead of brawling with each other, you need to join hands, not literally. You do so to collect Rare Starr Drops.

Sounds pretty simple right? Nah, it isn’t. You need to collect a mammoth 1.5 Billion Rare Starr Drops! Let me remind you again, not you alone. We need to work as a community and then get these done. We have time till March 25th, 2024, to make this happen, so let’s get to it! Wait, before you leave, let me tell you what’s at stakes so you know what we are aiming for.

Brawl Stars #100StarrDrops Community Event Rewards

The distribution of rewards is on the basis of milestones we will achieve.

As you see from the table, even if we don’t get to 1.5 Billion Rare Starr Drops, we will be earning our rewards share for the progress we made. As we hit each milestone in the event, you’ll see the Starr Drop rewards pop up in the Shop. But notice that even if we hit 1.2 Billion, we are only getting 5, so this should motivate us better!

How to get free 100 Random Starr Drops in Brawl Stars

Well, to participate, it is enough to open your account. But remember, to claim these rewards, you need at least 400 Trophies in your account. Wait, there’s more. When we reach the final milestone and everyone gets their 100 Random Starr Drops, the top 100 players with the Rare Starr Drops will win the Mega Prize of 100 LEGENDARY STARR DROPS!
