After months of speculation and waiting, EA has finally announced the global launch date of EA Sports FC 24, the new rebranded version of the fan-favorite series FIFA. EA Sports FC or the World’s Game as it’s hyped is set to hit the ground on 29th September 2023. Along with its console version, EA also announced that the mobile counterpart of EA Sports FC, FC Mobile is set to launch this Fall, 2023.
EA Sports FC Mobile is set to release as an in-game update on both Android and iOS via Google Play and App Stores for all the existing players bringing new features, game modes, and over 19,000 authentic players updated with the latest transfers from around the world. Players currently playing the existing version of FIFA Mobile will see their account name being transferred to EA Sports FC Mobile.
EA Sports FC Mobile promises an unrivaled authentic football experience
It is well documented that no other football or soccer title comes even remotely close to replicating EA Sports’ success or authenticity on mobile or consoles. And following the tradition, EA Sports FC Mobile aims to deliver a complete experience of the game as it’s played in real life.

According to the blog, there’s still plenty to play in FIFA Mobile 23 and the devs will soon have an upcoming Community Roadmap to inform the players beforehand on how they can be prepared for all the current and upcoming content coming their way.
EA Sports FC brings its own gaming ecosystem with EA Sports FC Mobile and EA Sports FC Tactical
In the release announcement for EA Sports FC, EA announced its new and recurring features for the upcoming EA Sports FC with Ultimate Team, Icons, Legends, and more. Besides the main game, EA Sports FC promises a massive FC ecosystem that includes:
- EA Sports FC Online: A brand-new version of EA Sports FC that will be featured in the Asian Games 2023 as an esports-based competition
- EA Sports FC Mobile: Will be released as an update to the ongoing FIFA Mobile, releasing globally this Fall 2023
- EA Sports FC Tactical: A brand-new turn-based strategy mobile game offering new ways to play football. The game has already had some early access beta tests in select regions under the name of Tactical Football.
- EA Sports FC Pro: An all-new esports platform built with the game’s league partners and pro players.
- Unannounced Projects: Further expanding the FC brand, there’s still a lot in EA’s pipeline including but not limited to World of League Football, a management sim mobile game that has started its early access in the Philippines
