Project MUGEN, published by NetEase Games and developed by Naked Rain has released a ‘Disclosure of Production Information’ developer diary video for the fans to understand what they could expect from the game once released. Details regarding the game were already thin when the game was announced, however with this developer diary, interested players would be able to get an idea about what the game has to offer.
Project Mugen Developer Diary unveils the interactive elements based around the urban metropolis
According to the Project Mugen developer diary, the game will focus a lot on delivering a creative and detailed open world in-game. The developer diary focuses on the freedom that the game will allow the players not have in the game, Project Mungen would try and deliver a near sandbox experience where players would be able to play the game and explore the mysteries of the massive open world in a style and form they see fit.
Not just this, developers have used an extensive bit of technology to make sure that the NPCs of the game are made unique and interactive to deliver a perfect environment to the game. The developers also have added a crazy amount of ways players can travel in the game, swinging, grappling, swimming, riding, and driving are some of the ways by which players can navigate through the vast open world of urban metropolis.
Project Mugen will offer a realistic open-world experience with immense details and depth in gameplay
Indoor and outdoor environment has been integrated into the game which would allow the players to navigate the shops without entering them while exploring. In many games there is a waiting period in the form of losing screen when switching between indoor and outdoor worlds, however, in Project Mugen, the two worlds are merged into one, thus giving a more realistic experience. Differences and details as minute as this one are the reasons that add realism and depth to the game as compared to other titles in the game.
The game is still in development as we speak, hence a lot more can be expected from the game as developers may add more features and details as the game nears its release. The combat system was also leaked recently and it showed a well-developed and fluid gameplay which would further add weight and depth to the game.
The game, Project Mugen will be released across various platforms including PC, PS4, PS5, Android, and iOS. Players can currently pre-register for the game through their official website.
