The game, SaGa Emerald Beyond will aim to bring forth similar elements of the series that made it famous. Being the latest entry in the series, the game will focus on a similar path of storytelling where you as players will be given a blank slate and will be given freedom to net out your own unique story with the given characters in the game.

Speaking of characters there is a diverse cast of races, including monsters, mechs, and vampires from which you can cast out your character in the game. Being an open-world game course exploration will take center stage in the game, there will be 17 different planets for you to explore each having its unique taste in terms of race and culture which you will be able to explore and experience in the game.

The cultures will range from a densely developed forest of skyscrapers and a green and luscious habitat covered in plant life to a world governed by five witches, the story is all yours and your actions will unfold the story as the game progresses. The game will have completely different protagonists each of which will be playable only once per playthrough, meaning you can replay the game with each protagonist and the game will unfold differently.

There are no correct choices in the game still each choice is necessary and will define your destiny. Every decision you make will have an impact and consequences not only in your world but also in the world of other protagonists, hence the storyline is interconnected and your choices will dictate on which note it ends.

Miyake, since he joined the company in 1992, has been instrumental in the development of numerous Dragon Quest titles. The Dragon Quest franchise is a classic RPG that is loved by fans worldwide and has also arrived on mobile devices with titles such as Dragon Quest Tact, Dragon Quest Dai: A Hero’s Bonds, Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, and Dragon Quest Monsters: Super Light to name a few.

Now, coming to the details of the restructuring. As reported by Bloomberg, this change is part of a larger reorganization led by Square Enix’s new President, Takashi Kiryu, who wants to boost sales of both big-budget console games and mobile games.

The company hopes to achieve less dependence on outside help and focus more on bringing up in-house AAA games. On the other hand, Yosuke Saito, known for the NieR games, is discussed as being the front-runner to take over the Dragon Quest production.

After playing for quite a long time, here is a detailed 8 Ball Cue Tier List table as per my experience. The Tier List is based upon Cues divided into Tiers like S, A, and B.

Best Cues in 8 Ball Shoot It All for March 2024

1. Nagini

As per the game, I have kept this list based on the features of the Cues such as Aim, Power, Spin, and Rotation. Hence, according to the focused features I would rank Nagini as the best Cue in the game undoubtedly. Nagini comes up with the best Overall Ratings over all the desired features and hence can help the players win every match they play.

This cue has an amazing Aim of 36, a Power of 94, a Spin of 88, and an Angle of 58. The overall rating of Nagini helps it provide a balanced, yet the best performance compared to all the other Cues present in the game. 

2. Majestic Gild

Next comes the Majestic Gild which comes up with great stats but stands a bit lower in rank compared to Nagini. The main feature of Majestic Gild is its Power and Spin which stands at 90 and 74 points respectively.

The Spin feature of Majestic Gild is higher in points compared to Nagini, so players can easily make some magical shots in between the matches. Apart from Spin and Power, Aim and Angle have a point of 40 and 52 respectively. 

3. Executioner

Here is my third-best Cue from the game, as the name suggests, Executioner has amazing features that prove why it is called an Executioner. Just like other Cues, it also brings up very balanced stats which makes it an overall perfect Cue to choose during the journey.

Executioner has an amazing Aim of 38, Power of 88, Spin of 76, and Angle of 44. This overall balanced stat hence proves that this cue can easily execute your favor and make you win matches. 

4. Regalia

Here comes Regalia standing at the 4th position. Regalia mostly focuses on coming up with better Power. Players who love to go for power hits in between the matches can easily count on Regalia as it serves that purpose. Regalia follows up an outstanding stat with Aim of 38, Power of 85, Spin of 64, and Angle of 34. 

5. Elysium

Elysium is yet again a Power-focused Cue that stands at the 5th position on my list. Just like Regaliam, this cue also has a great advantage over the Power feature and has a Power of 78. Other stats like Aim, Spin, and Angle have a point of 35, 54, and 24 which also contributes a lot and helps this amazing Cue make a place in my Top 5 best Cue list.

How to Unlock Cues Easily in 8 Ball Shoot It All

Cues are very important and so is unlocking them. As a beginner, you need to focus on unlocking Cues to easily grab the best one and make great wins while playing matches against real players. Here are some ways by which players can easily unlock Cues:

You need to go to the Play Online Section and play more Online matches. Also, you need to win them as well. By winning all the online matches, you can easily get some amazing Chests. Unlocking the Chests will help the players get Cue Tokens for a particular Cue and hence after collecting a definite number of Cue tokens for a particular Cue, you can unlock that Cue and enjoy playing with it.

You can go for the Challenges Section where you need to follow up on several Levels under this section. After completing each Level, you can easily complete certain Quests, and after completing a certain number of quests you will get a chance to unlock amazing Chests. Unlocking these chests will help in getting Cue Tokens in the form of rewards, so you can easily unlock Cues in this way.

You can easily enhance your gameplay with the help of better Cues due to the presence of better Aim, Power, Spin, and Angle. These features define the capability of a Cue and how well they will contribute during the journey. But using Ophilia’s skills needs careful energy management since they use up a lot. And to unlock her best abilities, especially her revival skill, you’ll need to push her to the limit. Still, Ophilia’s unique healing and support make her a key player for your team, especially in tough fights.

Final Thoughts

In Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent, there’s a diverse lineup of characters, each with their unique strengths. The top-tier ones (S-tier) might need a little fine-tuning, but they’re tough to get, making their power worth the effort. Some have potential but need a stats boost, while others are a bit too strong and need toning down.

Nier Reincarnation will conclude its services with a series of events and campaigns

Nier Reincarnation, stylized as NieR Re[in]carnation is a role-playing game developed by Applibot and published by Square Enix. Released worldwide on July 28, 2021, after its Japan release, the game is part of the popular NieR franchise. In NieR Reincarnation, players embark on a mysterious and emotionally charged journey through a hauntingly beautiful world.

The game has been successfully running for close to three years, with positive reviews all around, but sadly it won’t be extending that run further. The game will end its service concluding with The People and the World final chapter, which is scheduled for release on March 28, 2024. Following the release of the final chapter, the game will continue to run for one month, concluding on April 30, 2024, when the service will officially cease.

The makers extend appreciation to the players for their support throughout the 2.5 years since the game’s launch. Until the conclusion of the service, the development team will persist in adding new content, introducing characters, and organizing various story events and campaigns.

Square Enix cutting down games isn’t new, as over the last two months they’ve been quite busy at it. We also saw Dragon Quest Monsters Super Light which was a long-running mobile RPG being shut down recently along with Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Dragon Quest Tact, and Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile end of service announcement last December as well so such announcements shouldn’t shock us players anymore.

Challenges faced with team structure and future ultimately led to the shut down of Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile

According to the developer’s note, the decision to discontinue Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile was not made in haste. Despite positive feedback on the game’s portrayal of the original story, the team acknowledged the various opinions and requests from players who expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the service.

In response to player feedback, the team worked diligently during the 1st-anniversary event to address concerns by implementing updates. This included revising multiple systems and adjusting the balance to enhance the overall gaming experience. Additionally, plans for the next anniversary were in progress as part of the ongoing commitment to improving the game.

However, faced with challenges in maintaining a team structure capable of providing even more operational services and considering the future outlook, a difficult decision was reached to discontinue the game service. Despite efforts to explore various options to sustain the service, the team ultimately decided to shut it down.

Regrettably, due to service discontinuation, in-game story updates will cease. To compensate, a voice drama series will be released sequentially from January to March 2024 via streaming. Since its release in Japan in 2022 followed by the China release in the same year, Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile managed to give a great gaming experience for the fans of the manga series. A better alternative is something players will wait for, and here’s hoping that Square Enix delivers one soon.

How to reroll efficiently in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent

The game developers have given quite the leeway for rerolling and have not restricted any popular methods. However, players will only need one method which is Account Reset after each failed to reroll, which should be the fastest way for rerolling in this game.  

Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent rerolling for Android Devices

• Start the game and make sure to log in to the game with a Guest account, the game will recommend players to start with a registered Square Enix member account. But, they can skip that and continue with the guest account.
• Playthrough the cutscenes and overall tutorial which should take about 8-10 minutes. Once it finishes, players can claim the premium currency i.e. the Rubies from the Mail Box, Mission and quest rewards, or any other source they can find. Rubies are the currency used for rolling gacha. 

• Players can roll on their favorite banner. If players get the characters they wanted, they can bind the account, if not then continue.
• To reset the account, the game developers have given a straightforward method in the in-game settings menu, navigate to the game’s menu and from there head back to the title screen. Players can navigate to Options and then they will see a Delete Account option, simply tap on that and confirm all prompts which should give you a fresh start for rerolling.

The same method as android one can be applied here, if that doesn’t work, then the only option is to delete and reinstall the game after each unsuccessful reroll. 

How to reroll on an Emulator for Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent

Emulators are the go-to tools for rerolling most of the time, as compared to native Android and iOS devices. BlueStacks, LD Player and Memu are the most commonly used emulators on the market, select any one of them and continue. For general rerolling, emulators have all the features that are needed so no need to fret over the perfect emulator but do give a thorough read of the documentation for the one you choose, to get things done. 

Octopath Traveler: Cotc developers have implemented strict restrictions against emulators and the game will instantly close when it detects its running on one. Thankfully a workaround has been found which will let you use at least one emulator to play the game. As of now, LD Player is the only emulator that can run the game smoothly enough, now in order to get the game running on LD Player follow the steps below-

• First, close the game and stop its process so that it doesn’t run in the background.
• Open LD player’s Main Settings and then navigate to the Network tab, here you will find the option to disconnect from the network, click on the checkbox and disable the network.
• Now, open the game and wait until you get an internal prompt that you are not connected to a network, simply navigate back to the Network tab and reactivate the network.
• The game should work properly now, however, this workaround may get patched anytime by the developers so if this method doesn’t work anymore, chances are it got patched.

Players can also try running the game on BlueStacks, but it’s a hit-and-miss case most of the time, as the game occasionally runs without issues, but other times simply just crashes.

If players got the game running on the emulator, they can start the rerolling with these steps:

• Players can first install the game on a 64-bit instance. 64-bit will provide better performance and stability as compared to the 32-bit ones. Most modern games can only run on 64-bit.
• They can install the game on the base instance, but don’t open the game. They can make clones of the base instance. Once there are 3-4 instances, players can use the workaround and start with rerolling on every instance except the base one.
• Since the game has an in-built reset account option, there will be two ways for efficient rerolling. One way is to simply delete the bad reroll accounts and clone them again from the base instance or reset the accounts each time in all the instances. The second method should be relatively faster and players should use that.
• When getting the perfect account with the best characters, players can bind the game to a Square Enix Bridge account.

Note: If the game crashes on the emulator during the opening of the account binding window, then all players have to do is set their emulator’s default browser to Google Chrome. They can modify this from the internal settings of the emulator.

How to bind a game account in Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent

On navigating to Game’s Settings, players will see the option for account bind in Back Up Data. The game does not allow any third-party account linking, but instead, has Square Enix Bridge which will store the data for safekeeping and protection once an account is created and linked with it. Account binding is highly recommended so that players can play the game across multiple devices.
