Kakao Games has finally announced the launch of the much-awaited MMORPG, Ares: Rise of Guardians, in Korea on both Android and iOS platforms. In this game, you take on an epic journey to defend the solar system that awaits you in the year 3400 AD.

Promising console quality experience, Ares: Rise of Guardians was first announced in March last year with a thirty-second teaser. At that initial stage, only a thirty-second teaser was unveiled, leaving players eager to learn more about the game’s development and gameplay mechanics. However, this time around, as the game launches in Korea, we finally have more details on the game.
As showcased by the game trailer, we see intense action on a huge battlefield, with plenty of action surrounding otherworldly creatures as well, from a futuristic sense. Ares introduces players to a variety of distinctive battles that transcend both ground and air, offering a break from repetitive field play, hence, we can say it is a blend of some tactical with RPG elements.
The game offers options for 4-person elite raids or the grand challenge of 30-person large-scale raids. The game implements a non-targeting system, providing full control during battles. A diverse selection of four unique suits namely Hunter, Warlock, Warlord, and Engineer are present, each equipped with their own distinct weapons and skills, allowing for extensive customization of combat styles.
Currently, the game is available in Korea on Android and iOS via Google Play Store and App Store. As of now, there is no official announcement regarding the global release date of Ares: Rise of Guardians. Usually following the regional release, we get a global one, but we have to wait for it now.
