Skul: The Hero Slayer, a roguelike action title from Playdigious has now opened pre-registrations on mobile before its launch on June 4, 2024, which will hit both Android and iOS platforms. The game will be priced at $7.99 upon launch.
Get ready to be the new demon king in Skul: The Hero Slayer
Well, this game has some history and was quite popular before getting a launch on mobile. It was first developed by SOUTHPAW GAMES and published by NEOWIZ, and as of now, Skul: The Hero Slayer has sold over 2 million copies on PC and console ever since its release in 2021.
In this game, you play Skul, a little skeleton fighting to save the demon king from the bad guys. Yeah, the premise is similar to what you expect from action games, but it is the features you should be taking note of. It’s a fast-paced game where you’ll face lots of challenges as you battle through 100 unique characters in the game.
We get to enjoy colorful pixel art and find fun Easter eggs from different mythologies and games in the title. Customization is also a selling point of this title as you can wear different skulls to get cool powers and outfits from their previous owners, yes, only if you progress in the game by beating those fearsome enemies that get their powers boosted.
Well, I find the synopsis interesting, and going to pre-register for the game, which even you can do so by heading to the Google Play Store or App Store depending on whether your device is Android or iOS. If you grab it now, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount off the launch price, paying just $7.19 instead of $7.99 once Skul: The Hero Slayer gets released on June 4, 2024.
