Minecraft has just announced another update to bring before its players and allow them to enjoy a vast world of creativity. Once again, to the delight of the fans, Minecraft has confirmed a new update is coming and it is heavily packed with a lot of new features. Minecraft 1.21 update will bring trial chambers, trial spawner, the breeze, copper bulbs, and new decorative blocks on both Bedrock Beta/Preview & Java Snapshot. The update will be available on all the platforms the game is currently in, including iOS, and Android.
For those who do not know what the Minecraft Bedrock edition is, it refers to a separate version of the title that works on multi-platform. This version uses the Bedrock codebase and was developed by Mojang Studios, Xbox Game Studios, and SkyBox Labs. The 1.21 update is likely to arrive in the middle of June 2024.
Minecraft 1.21 update will overwhelm the fans with its exciting features
As mentioned previously, this update will blow away the fans with the features it holds. The upcoming features include trial chambers, trial spawner, the breeze, copper bulbs, and new decorative blocks. Let’s take a quick look at them.
Trial Chambers
This will be a closed chamber with many hidden challenges for the players. The chamber is filled with traps, mobs, trial spawners, and a huge amount of loot to offer the players. One of the challenges includes the latest kind of hostile mob known as the breeze. Players will have to fight their way through the challenges of this chamber.
Trial Spawner
This will come when you enter the Trial Chambers. Trial Spawner is “a device that spews out waves of mobs based on the size of your party“. You’ll have to be aware of this and fight them to earn loot.
The Breeze
As the name says, a blow of wind will leap dizzying circles around you and use its wind attacks to make the trial chambers a challenging new experience.
Copper Bulb
This will be a new source of light for you. By using Redstone pulses, you can turn it off and on. The Bulb can be attached to the walls by using wax and scrape. This will work even if you do to have any active Redstone signal.
Decorative Blocks
Copper and Tuff blocks are going to be on a whole new level as new builds come in hot with this Minecraft 1.21 update. The coppers can be used to build copper trapdoors, copper doors, cropper grates, and chiselled copper blocks. Using the Tuff block can be more creative by chiselling, polishing, and turning it into stairs, slabs, bricks, or walls.
Minecraft 1.21 update will take feedback to bring a polished final version
This is an early version of the update “to test out new features, shake out the wrinkles, and squish the bugs before they reach a wider audience.” The game will look at the problems and fix them according to the players’ feedback. Thus, Minecraft said to be aware of a few facts that the versions might be a bit unstable and work weirdly. They may crush while playing, running all the builds. So, the game did not give access to Realms or Featured Servers. Rather, you can only play in multiplayer worlds with other players on the same version of the game.
Minecraft has a Beta program that both Android and iOS users can access easily to join the fun. Joining the beta will replace the current version with the beta one. Android users can join the beta from the Play Store while iOS users will have to go through the Testflight app to do so. Details about this update and access guide are available in this guide article from the game itself. And, more information about feature toggles for Bedrock Edition can be found here.
