COD Mobile Season 7 2021: Multiplayer
New Maps
1. Scrapyard 2019
A Multiplayer map featured in the Zhokov Boneyard and reimagined since its first appearance in 2009, Zhokov Scrapyard is where you’ll be getting in some fast, frenetic, and fun scraps with friends and foes alike. Part of the Zhokov Boneyard, Scrapyard leads a trio of new maps for Modern Warfare Multiplayer and is the lone 6v6 locale out of the bunch.
When you first play a match in Scrapyard, nostalgia may rear its head. Just don’t stay in that moment too long, lest your enemies take advantage. This medium-sized three-lane map is almost a perfect rectangle with buildings and environmental set pieces to play through as you take on your opponent.
However, just because it’s a standard 6v6 map doesn’t mean it’s ordinary. Here, engagements are frequent, bullets can fly from all directions, and few places are safe from a well-placed Killstreak. This modern version of the 2020-introduced Scrapyard map will be available in the Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint modes.
2. Monastery
The second multiplayer map to be introduced this season will be Monastery. The map was first released in Call of Duty: Mobile’s Chinese version, and it will now be included in Season 7. The Monastery has only one major entrance, one side entrance, and the other side is bounded away from the water on the map. Several small quarters were inspired by real-life monasteries, and there is no true open area on the map.
Except for the map’s right and left borders, it’s perfect for close-range gunfights because there’s a lot of open space. The COD Mobile version of this map will have several locations restricted, such as the side entrance, as compared to the original map from Call of Duty Online. Playing Search and Destroy on this map will be fascinating because teams can be more passive and exploit the map’s left and right flanks to drive enemies.

Playing Search and Destroy on this map will be fascinating because teams can be more passive and exploit the map’s left and right flanks to drive enemies.
Furthermore, there is a small building in the middle of the map with two entrances from the right lane that lead to the same square corridor and one staircase from the north side of the map that leads to the same square hallway. On the right edge of the map, two towers are facing each other. Small rooms can also be found on the map’s opposing sides. This map will be available in the Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Domination, Free for All, and Hardpoint modes.
New Mode – Payout Search and Destroy
This is a strategic Search and Destroy mode where players will have to earn currency by destroying targets and killing enemies. This currency can then be traded for weapons and other equipment in subsequent rounds of the match. It will be available on Tunisia, Coastal, Crash, Firing Range, Standoff, Terminal, and Hackney Yard.
New Operator Skill – Kinetic Armor
A good defense is just as important as your offense! Apply armor and protect yourself from incoming bullets with the new Operator Skill, Kinetic Armor!
The Kinetic Armor is a Specialist Ability by which the player is given charged electrically reactive armor covering only the body, that sublimates enemy bullets on contact, turning them into a vapor that dissipates harmlessly. A player wearing Kinetic Armor can be distinguished by a metallic-looking armor covering their body, and a different hit sound upon damaging them.
Kinetic Armor adds a flat 150 health bonus to the player while active. The armor only protects the body against bullets; it does not protect against melee, headshot, incendiary or explosive damage. Almost every specialist weapon will bypass the Kinetic Armor. Once the player has been damaged for 150 health or the specialist meter runs out, Kinetic Armor will be disabled.
COD Mobile Season 7 2021: Battle Royale
Solid Gold
In this battle royale mode, all items on the map are legendary guns and attachments. Everything else in the mode will be similar to the classic mode. Players will enjoy a classic Battle Royale experience in this mode. Aside from no respawns, more restrictions will be imposed, making the gameplay more challenging for every Battle Royale regular on COD Mobile.
Players can expect to see similarities between this mode and PUBG Mobile. With no respawns available, players will likely play much safer to try and survive as long as possible. Expect some heavy camping before rushing into buildings unchecked. Tactical and lethal grenades will also play a major role in perfecting this mode.
New Weapons in COD Mobile Season 7 2021
1. Hades
This New LMG is a very capable weapon with a high rate of fire and high damage. The gun provides ease of control but lacks accuracy and mobility. The Hades LMG is from Black Ops 4 and has a base damage of 29. It is quite famous on zombie maps and especially in Black Ops 4 Zombies. Here are the stats of this gun in COD Mobile
- Damage – 29
- Fire Rate – 71
- Accuracy – 53
- Mobility – 56
- Range – 60
- Control – 59
It boasts of an increased magazine and reserve ammo size. Hades comes with a rapid-fire round which will increase its fire rate massively but also make it harder to control.
2. Crossbow
The other weapon arriving in Season 7 will be the Crossbow. This Crossbow ensures highly accurate kills and fits the bill more as a secondary weapon than a primary. As of now, CoD Mobile does not have any secondary weapons with long-range capabilities. This is where the crossbow makes the most sense. Here are the stats of this gun in COD Mobile
- Damage – 80
- Fire Rate – 34
- Accuracy – 52
- Mobility – 105
- Range – 38
- Control – 40
The new Crossbow can kill with a single shot and has three kinds of rounds: Thermite, Explosive, and Nova. However, as of now, COD Mobile devs have not confirmed any of the attachments.
Take command in the Cyber Attack themed event
Need a hand getting loot? In Cyber Attack, arriving later in the season on September 3rd, 2021, you’re assigned command of your own personal soldier. Send them out on missions every 6 hours for the chance to bring back rewards, including the Zero — Dark Ops and SKS — Technic Turret Weapon Blueprints, an Epic Charm, and more.
Strengthen your soldier by earning XP in Multiplayer and Battle Royale matches. As your soldier grows stronger, their chances of returning with better items improve.
Ozuna comes to Call of Duty Mobile in Season 7 2021
Award-winning artist and reggaeton musician Ozuna is joining the fun at Season 7 launch with full in-game collaboration.
