HoYoverse, the studio behind insanely popular titles like Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact, showcased two of its upcoming games during the Summer Game Fest 2022. It was an event that showcased some of the biggest and best upcoming titles and was watched by hundreds of thousands of gaming enthusiasts worldwide.
While most of the announcements and trailers were for PCs and Consoles, as is the usual case at this event, miHoYo provided a look at two of their games coming to mobile soon, Honkai: Star Rail, the successor to Honkai Impact, and Zenless Zone Zero, an ARPG.
Two exhilarating and awesome-looking trailers were showcased during the Summer Game Fest
Honkai: Star Rail trailer was shown off first, giving players an insight into the story, gameplay, and the visual style. In case you didn’t know about this title from previous leaks and announcements, the game seems to be a turn-based open-world action title currently under development and slated for a closed beta sign-up starting on October 8, 2022.
After Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, a fast-paced ARPG Shooter was shown off. This was the global premiere of the futuristic urban action title and showed off the heavily armed enemies, stylish fighters, and the world that the game is set in.
The game was first teased over a month ago and registration for the first closed beta of the game is open right now. Although we didn’t get much in the way of actual footage, the trailer looked pretty good and showed off what the game is all about and players can read about everything that the game has to offer here.
