Naraka Bladepoint Mobile aims to cash in on the success of PC and Console versions

You might be familiar with the action battle royale Naraka Bladepoint game developed by 24 Entertainment for PC and Consoles. Soon after its release in 2021, there were hints that NetEase was planning to develop a mobile version. Subsequently, in the following year, an official confirmation of this plan emerged, accompanied by the announcement of a closed beta but thereafter, it went silent for nearly two years.

Now, China will be the first to get the taste of the gameplay that PC fans rejoice. Set within the iconic Morus Island Map of Naraka: Bladepoint, the game promises an immersive experience akin to its PC counterpart. Similar to your other games in the genre, the simple twist here is that we will have 60 players vie for supremacy as the sole survivor.

Renowned for its gripping gameplay, Naraka Bladepoint features intense combat mechanics, captivating martial arts maneuvers, gravity-defying parkour, and diverse character abilities, setting it apart from other titles in the battle royale genre. For mobile, it will feature innovative touch controls, including sliding gestures for executing moves seamlessly. The visuals themselves are enough to portray how amazing the game will be.

Players can pre-register for Naraka Bladepoint Mobile ahead of China beta

To get notified for the beta test, the registrations are now open, you can sign up for the same on the Haoyou Kuaidao app store. Simply scan the QR code via the App Client to complete the process, after which wait for notifications from the developer. The platforms for the tests haven’t been revealed yet.

Naraka Bladepoint Mobile is commencing its beta test in China with an expected release date between April to June in China. Details regarding its global release remain undisclosed. Stay tuned for updates on the official launch date and global availability of the game.

NetEase’s Naraka: Bladepoint will be an action-adventure genre battle royale game with 60 players fighting it out to become the last man standing. The game is set in Naraka: Bladepoint’s iconic Morus Island Map.

Now, the mobile version of Naraka: Bladepoint aims to inculcate all these features into the mobile scenario and give users a taste of the ultimate Naraka: Bladepoint experience. The mobile version of the game will have co-op, multiplayer, and single-player modes.

The Closed Beta will take place before the global release

In the 2022 NetEase Connect Livestream, Lead Producer, Ray Kuan mentioned that the development team is working hard to develop a mobile version that is as same as the PC version, but is also very easy for players to get started with.

He also said that the development team is working to deliver a smooth gaming experience for players with high graphics quality, and that the mobile version of the game will host the first phase of Closed Beta tests (CBT) very soon.

All of these features, combined with the already existing popularity of Naraka: Bladepoint is definitely going to give a spike for NetEase in the market. As of now, there has been no information about the date of release or the date of the closed beta tests for the game, but we believe it will be very soon.
