Supercell‘s Squad Busters has 27 normal characters and 2 Mega Units currently. But you do not get to play with all the characters when you start the game. You need to unlock each of them before you can pick them for your squad. So how do you unlock them quickly? This is what I’ll explain in this article after playing over 150 matches in Squad Busters.
It is natural to wait and unlock all characters in Squad Busters unless you have a fat wallet. You should be able to unlock every single character if you are regular with the game and have completed the Squad Journey. But certain tips may be useful to know.
It is always better not to use the gold currency for buying characters from the shop. The prices are huge and not worth it. As you can see 100k gold just to unlock Bea should never be the choice for free-to-play players or little spenders.
As you progress in the Squad Journey, it will unlock all the characters. However, that being said, you may need to wait a long time to unlock certain characters as not all of them are unlockable through the Squad Journey. Some need luck, and these can make you wait for a long time.
For example, I still do not have Medic from the Green World even though I have already played over 150 matches and toward the end of Desert World (at the time of writing this article). I have seen some people complaining about not being able to unlock characters, while a few have said they were lucky enough to get all the characters without spending any money.
