The details of the refund procedure will be made accessible at a later date via DFFOO’s official website and support center. To guarantee a seamless procedure, players are recommended not to delete the app until the refund has been delivered.
Meanwhile, any Gems currently owned by players will be usable until the game’s service is terminated. If a player does not have enough Gems for in-game draws, the game will take them to the purchase page, but the opportunity to purchase Gems will be disabled.
