Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Indonesia Season 10 is set to begin on the 12th of August, 2022. RRQ Hoshi will be coming into this tournament as the defending champions. The tournament will be hosted by Mineski Indonesia and sponsored by Samsung. It is supposed to be an offline tournament, according to an Instagram announcement which was made by MPL Indonesia. Mobile Legends MPL-ID Season 10: Format
Regular Season
The regular season action will begin on the 12th of August, 2022, as the top 8 teams will compete among themselves in an eight-week long session, which is ending on the 2nd of October, 2022. The regular season matches will be held in a double round-robin format. All the matches are supposed to be Best of 3 (Bo3) matches. The top six teams will advance to the playoffs.
The point system of the regular season will be as follows:
- Earn 1 point for each game win
- Lose 1 point for each game lost
Playoffs
The playoffs action will begin on the 20th of October, 2022, and end on the 23rd of October, 2022. It will be held in a hybrid elimination format. The 3rd to 6th seeded teams will compete in Round 1, which will be single elimination. The 1st and 2nd seeded teams will receive a round-bye and start in Round 2, which will be in a double-elimination format. All the matches will be played in the Best of 5 (Bo5) format. The Grand Final will be played in a Best of 7 (Bo7).

MPL-ID Season 10 will not be implementing the Global Ban system
Moonton previously announced that MPL-ID Season 10 might implement the new global ban system. Yosephine Andjani, the Esports Relationship Manager of Moonton Indonesia, recently clarified that Moonton would not use the Global Ban system in Season 10. They initially tested it out in MDL. The organizers have decided not to bring it into action during the Pro League.
