The second edition of the Free Fire Pro League or FFPL Pakistan Season 2 comes to an end with Hotshot Esports emerging as the winners. Hotshot Esports came up victorious with a total point accumulation of 91 points. Hotshot Esports wins FFPL Pakistan Season 2 in grand fashion to secure their place in the Asia championship Finals and will play in the next edition. The 2nd-4th placed teams will play Asia Championship Playins and the top six for the next season of FFPL.
Free Fire Pro League Pakistan is the main Pakistanis event bringing together 18 of the best teams. It is reportedly the first national esports tournament of Pakistan and endorsed by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB) and E-PAK. Organized by Garena, the group stage was held in Garena Studio and the finals in Pearl Continental Hotels, Karachi.
Free Fire Pro League Pakistan Season 2: Hotshot Esports’ road to victory
The champion team began their journey in the FFPL season 2 finals with 22 “Headstart Points” primarily based level in the group stage placement. The final begins with No Chance ES taking an 11 frag Booyah in which the champion team came 9th. But they remained steadfast and secured second place in the second round. Of the six matches, Hotshot Esports tasted victory after winning the final two rounds consecutively.
Accumulating a total of 91 points with 25 frags, they emerged the champion. Hotshot Esports wins FFPL Pakistan Season 2 with a 13 point difference from second place. The second to fourth-placed had extremely tight margins. The only difference between them was a 1 point margin.
Competition prize pool
The event featured a huge ₨ 10,000,000 ($58,600) as the prize pool. Being the champion, Hotshot Esports pockets ₨ 3,500,000 ($20,500). The runner-up team, Five Mutants, got ₨ 1,500,000 ($8,800), and the third-place team that is No Chance ES takes ₨ 1,000,00 ($5,900) home.
Hasuu 11 from Hotshot Esports emerged as the MVP of both League and Final. He earned a total sum of 3,000,000₫. He was reportedly instrumental in Hotshot Esports winning the FFPL Pakistan Season 2. The journey doesn’t end here for Hotshot Esports as they’ll join other six teams from other regions in Asia. Starting from November this year, the goal for Hotshot Esports is now set to represent Pakistan in the Asian stage.
