Riot Games has announced the date for the upcoming Wild Rift Summoner Series NA Regional Championship on August 28th, 2021. Eight teams will be fighting to be crowned as the NA regional champion, and book a slot in the upcoming Wild Rift World Championship 2021 to represent the NA region. This esports tournament will feature a massive $70,000 money as the prize pool. Riot Games in partnership with Nerd Street, Wisdom Media, and Giant Slayer will host the NA Regional Championship. Scheduled to start on October 8, 2021, the championship will run for three days and will end on October 10th, 2021.
Wild Rift Summoner Series NA Regional Championship: Tournament Format
The eight participating teams will be selected through the NA Wild Rift Summoner Series which will be comprised of 3 open-for-all major circuits. The major for the second circuit will happen from 28th – 29th August 2021. This will be followed by a third circuit that will start from September 6th, 2021 to September 19th, 2021. Moreover, two teams from major 2, four teams from major 3, and the rest two will qualify from the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ).
Eight teams will square off in a double-elimination bracket for the two spots at the regional championship and a $10,000 prize pool. All matches will be the best-of-three except for the finals, which will be the best-of-five games.

The Wild Rift Summoner Series NA Regional Championship will have a massive prize pool of $70,000. This prize money will be divided among the teams based on their performances in the championship. Here’s how the award amount will be shared amongst the participants.

- 5th-6th Place: $3,000

Wild Rift Summoner Series NA Regional Championship: Participating Teams
Eight teams will qualify for the regional championship through this Wild Rift summoner series. The confirmed list of teams participating in this tournament is yet to be announced by Riot games.
In July 2021 Nerd Street and Wisdom Gaming came together to bring a League of Legends: Wild Rift regional championship known as Wild Rift Summoner Series 2021 for the players of North America. The prize pool for NA Regional Championship, then, was expected to hit $50,000. But the good news for the participants, the tournament is offering more now and will encourage the teams to give their best as they participate.
As the NA Regional Championship winners get a slot for the WR World Championship, teams from every corner of the NA region are expected to participate in the major circuits. Tribe Gaming NA has already claimed the champion trophy of the first major. Moreover, Da Kun Gaming (DKG) won the Spark Invitational yesterday and became the first team to qualify for the world championship.
