In Genshin Impact, the Fatui appear within the game as enemies that players can fight, which are Fatui Skirmishers, Cicin Mages, and Fatui Pyro Agents. There are ten types of Fatui. Regardless of types, they all drop the same insignia which varies by the level of Fatui. But there are four elite Fatui amongst them, which are Fatui Pyro agent, Fatui Cryo, Fatui Electro Cicin Mage, and Fatui Mirror Maiden, which come with the Inazuma region. Genshin Impact Fatui: Drops

Killing a Fatui will drop three types of materials depending on their level:

• Lv.1+ Recruit’s Insignia
• Lv.40+ Sergeant’s Insignia
• Lv.60+ Lieutenant’s Insignia

Killing a Fatui Pyro Agent will drop three types of materials, depending on its level:

• Lv.1+ Hunter’s Sacrificial Knife
• Lv.40+ Agent’s Sacrificial Knife
• Lv.60+ Inspector’s Sacrificial Knife

Killing a Fatui Cicin Mage will drop three types of materials, depending on their level:

• Lv.1+ Mist Grass Pollen
• Lv.40+ Mist Grass
• Lv.60+ Mist Grass Wick

These materials are used in character ascension, talent upgrade, and weapon ascension.
