Genshin Impact just rolled out the Version 4.6 Update, featuring the long-awaited debut of Arlecchino, a character with a commanding presence. Arlecchino, a 5-Star pyro polearm wielder, finally steps into the limelight with her own Story Quest after being teased in the “Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night’s Lazzo.” As the Fourth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and the current director of the House of the Hearth, she’s referred to as “Father” by her house members, whom she calls her “children.” In this guide, we will talk about the ways to complete the Arlecchino Story Quest in Genshin Impact.
How to unlock Arlecchino’s Story Quest: Ignis Purgatorius Chapter: Act I
To unlock and play Arlecchino’s first Story Quest, players must:
- Be at Adventure Rank (AR) 40 and above.
- Must possess at least one Story Key, which players can acquire by fulfilling your Daily Commissions eight times.
- Complete the Fontaine Archon Quests till Chapter Five, Act V: Masquerade of the Guilty
Genshin Impact Arlecchino Story Quest Guide: Quest Walkthrough
Arlecchino’s Story Quest in Genshin Impact is divided into four different parts, with rewards attached to it.
Part 1: The Child Who Doesn’t Exist
- Follow Paimon‘s lead to Poisson. Once there, you’ll meet Lyney and Arlecchino
- After being briefed about the House of the Hearth’s relocation and the rumors concerning the Phantom Child, proceed to follow Lyney to your temporary lodging.
- Follow Lyney’s request to distribute supplies. Head left, climb the ramp, and speak to the first group of members.
- Keep going and cross the bridge to deliver supplies to the second group.
- Head back to your lodging where you’ll meet Freminet with Lyney, who appears to be concealing something.
- You’ll find a young girl named Clervie.
- Following the cutscene, engage in dialogue with Lyney and Freminet. Lynette will soon enter the conversation as well. Players should take a moment to converse with Clervie, delving into her background and aspirations. Afterward, your objective is to approach Arlecchino and negotiate for additional time to aid the siblings.
Part 2: Sea Breeze Rendezvous
- Head to the shore near Poisson and engage in conversation with both Arlecchino and Childe.
- Head back to Poisson and inform the report of your discoveries.
- Once you’ve finished your discussion with the siblings, return to your accommodation in Poisson. Upon waking up, you’ll notice Clervie rushing out of the village. Follow her to the village entrance, where a revealing scene unfolds, exposing her desire to break free from “Mother.”
Part 3: Birds in a Cage
- As the morning unfolds, regroup with Lyney and his siblings to push forward with the plan.
- Return to the seaside dock and engage in conversation with Arlecchino.
- Discover that she’s been aware of the plan from the start and accept her invitation to accompany her to the Palais Mermonia.
- Head over to the Palais Mermonia for a captivating cutscene. Once it concludes, step inside the palace and have a chat with Neuvillette.
- Following the cutscene, Arlecchino will request your presence to accompany her.
Part 4: Into the Sunlight
- Teleport to the Ruins without a Name located south of Mont Esus East.
- After this players will need to face Arlecchino.
- Following several cutscenes, players will be required to advance the in-game time by two days. After this, head to Hotel Bouffes D’ete also recognized as the House of the Hearth’s residence, and engage in conversation with Lyney and Lynette to bring the quest to a close.

- Primogem x 60
- Mora x 175,075
- Mystic Enhancement Ore x 30
- Hero’s Wit x 16
