On the 24th of August, Farlight 84 hosted its Philippines Summit 2023 where the title announced its esports roadmap plan for the country. Besides, the game also announced a 20M USD plan for esports and a 10M investment plan for the content creators.
Moreover, several important announcements came out from the Farlight 84 team to fly the hype into the clouds. With the latest and upcoming collaborations, new features, content creators, and esports plans, the game seems to amplify each sector.
Farlight 84 Philippines Summit 2023: The Esports Roadmap Plan
The game’s global esports director, Stanley Peng, has shared the upcoming plans with esports. With the roadmap revealed, the game also announced that it will not stop its journey and confine the events in a country. Rather, it plans to host a global event in 2024 to crown a world champion. Apart from the global stage, a detailed plan regarding the Philippines was shown at the summit. The prize pool will be the highest of all for any shooting games in the history of the Philippines.
There will be three regular seasons that will conclude in a fourth event, the Grand Finals. The combined prize pool for mobile and PC is set at $150,000. Each mobile esports event will feature the same prize money which is $25,000 while the PC-based events will feature $12,500 in each competition. The first event of the esports year will begin this August and the grand finals will conclude the calendar year on July 2024. The top 30 teams will join in the grand finals.

Last June, Farlight 84 unveiled its first-ever esports tournament for Asia and Latin America. All-Capsuler Cup 2023 featured a whopping $40,000 as the prize pool then. Now, the latest additions to the title’s esports roadmap will propel the interest as well as take the fan experience to a whole new level. Currently, the game has over 30 million registered players and over 1 million daily active players.
